For people who fix things Veteran owned & operated

Run the whole shop from your truck.

BluKit runs the dispatch, writes the estimate, and sends the invoice, then asks for the review once the truck pulls away. You do the work. It keeps the paperwork off the kitchen table.

Everything you need, all in one app.

A day with BluKit

One app for the whole job.

Most shops run a job across a whiteboard, a spreadsheet, and a couple of apps that don't talk to each other. This is the same Tuesday in one place.

7:00 AM · coffee

You see the whole day before you turn the key.

Weather, revenue, jobs, reviews, and leads on one screen, with Kit's read on where the day needs you. Your crew sees their piece of it on their phone.

Describe the job. Kit writes the estimate.

"50-gallon gas water heater, second floor, haul the old one." Kit turns that into a priced quote using your labor rates and the second-floor bump you always tack on. Edit what you want and send it.

Four places a job leaks money.

None of them get fixed by taking more calls. They get fixed by running the jobs you already have a little tighter, and BluKit does that part for you.

  • Quotes go out the same visit, while the customer is still deciding, instead of three nights later from the kitchen table.
  • Invoices carry a card link, so getting paid takes the customer one tap instead of you three phone calls.
  • Every finished job asks for a review, and those reviews are what make the phone ring next month.
  • You see profit per job, benchmarked against shops like yours, so the underpriced work stops hiding.

Meet Kit, your built-in AI

Kit isn't a chatbot bolted on the side. It reads your jobs, your prices, and your schedule, so it can answer the kind of question you'd normally pay a bookkeeper to work out.

Included on every plan. Even Starter.

"What was my best month?"
Kit: June, at $42,300. Up 12% on May, mostly repair work.
"Which jobs lose money?"
Kit: Drain cleanings under $180. The labor eats your margin, so try a $210 floor.
"Quote a panel upgrade, 200-amp."
Kit: Drafted at $2,150. That's parts, permit, and a day of labor. Send it?
Verified reviews only

Only real customers can review you.

Anyone can buy fake five-stars. BluKit won't let them near yours. A review invite only exists after you've finished a job, so every rating on your page comes from a real customer with real work in your account.

  • Tied to a real job. BluKit builds the invite from a finished job in your account and sends it straight to that customer. There's no public form for a stranger or a bot to spam.
  • A one-time link nobody can guess. Each invite is a private token that reaches a single inbox and works once. It can't be forwarded or reused.
  • Unhappy feedback stays private. A rough rating comes to you first, as a follow-up you can make right. The happy ones go on to Google and Yelp.

Fair questions

The stuff you'd ask over the fence.

Do my techs need their own logins?

Yep, and it's built in. Techs get a focused crew view on their phone: today's jobs, the details, photos, checklists, and team messaging. None of the pricing or admin clutter.

How do customers pay?

Every invoice carries a secure pay-by-card link, powered by Stripe. The customer taps it on their phone; you watch it mark paid in real time.

What happens after the 14 days?

Pick a plan and keep rolling, or walk away. There's no lock-in and you can cancel anytime. Either way your data stays yours, and you can export it.

Is there an iPhone app?

Yes. BluKit runs on iOS with the full experience, and the web app works on any device at blukit.app.

Is my data safe?

Your shop's data is walled off from every other account at the database level, not just in the app. Sessions are locked down, payments run through Stripe, and we don't sell your data.

Privacy Policy

Effective July 11, 2026 · Last updated July 25, 2026

BluKit is operated by BluKit LLC, a Louisiana limited liability company ("BluKit," "we," "us"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use and share it, and the choices you have. It applies to our website at blukit.org, our web app at blukit.app, and our mobile apps (the "Services"). BluKit is a veteran-owned company offering field-service software to trade businesses in the United States. By using the Services you agree to this Policy.

1. The two roles we play

BluKit handles two kinds of data. Account data — about the businesses and people who use BluKit (owners, staff, and crew) — is data we control, and this Policy governs it. Your customers' data — the customers, jobs, and photos a business adds — belongs to that business; we process it on their behalf and under their instructions. If you're an end customer of a business that uses BluKit, that business is responsible for your data (see §11).

2. Information you provide

  • Account & profile: name, email, password (stored only as a salted hash), optional two-factor settings, and an optional profile photo.
  • Business information: company name, business phone, mailing address (and its map coordinates), service area, owner name, logo.
  • Team members: names, emails, phone numbers, and roles you add.
  • Crew employment & compensation: for crew members a business owner adds, we store employment details and — if the owner enters them — labor cost/pay rates, used only to calculate that business's own profitability (labor-adjusted margins). Where a crew member has enabled location sharing, the time spent on a job may be derived from that GPS data to compute labor cost. Pay rates are visible only to the company owner and are never shown to crew or other staff.
  • Contact & notification preferences.
  • Content you create or upload: jobs, estimates, invoices, notes, checklists, job photos, signatures, and documents you add to Kit's Knowledge Base.
  • Website content (founding members): a logo, gallery photographs, and the text you write for your marketing site. Photographs are re-encoded in your browser before upload, which removes embedded metadata such as GPS coordinates — job photos are often taken at a customer's property, and that location should not travel with the image.
  • Messages you send — team direct messages and support conversations.
  • Customer records you enter: names, phone numbers, emails, addresses, notes about your customers, and each customer's marketing unsubscribe status (see §1 and §11).
  • Reviews & feedback: when a business requests a review, we store the customer's email, the star rating, and any written feedback — including any comment a customer leaves when declining a quote. Negative feedback is also copied into the business's follow-up queue and owner notifications so the business can make it right.
  • Payment information: subscription billing details. Card numbers are collected and stored by Stripe, not by BluKit — we never see or store full card numbers. Customer pay-by-card payments are also processed by Stripe. We also keep payment records — amounts, invoice status, tips, deposits, refunds, dispute and chargeback outcomes, and pay-later (deferred payment) records.
  • Support communications you send us.

3. Information we collect automatically

  • Usage & product analytics — which features you use, to operate and improve the Services.
  • Device & technical data — IP address, browser, operating system, device type, app version, language, and time zone.
  • Log & diagnostic data — request logs and error reports (via Sentry, which may capture device details and IP).
  • Push notification tokens, if you enable notifications.
  • AI usage metrics — token counts for Kit, to manage plan allowances (a metric, not the content of your questions).
  • Stored AI output — some Kit outputs are cached (for example the daily brief) and can reference your business's customer names, addresses, and prices. They stay inside your account like any other business data.
  • Security records — failed sign-in attempts and lockouts, session and trusted-device tokens, and a compliance audit log of privacy exports and deletions. The audit log keeps the acting user's username even after that account is deleted, so the record stays accountable.
  • Cookies & local storage — strictly necessary, to keep you signed in and remember preferences. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

4. Location information

Crew location is opt-in and can run in the background. If a team member turns on location sharing, the app collects their device's real-time GPS position (and heading/speed) while they are on the clock, to show them on the dispatch map and share live arrival ETAs with customers. It's off by default, each crew member opts in individually, and on the mobile app it uses "Always" location so sharing continues in the background during a job. Turn it off anytime in Settings or your device settings. We also derive approximate location from IP (standard for any service) and use service-area data you enter (like a ZIP) for weather and routing.

5. Voice input (web only)

On the web, Kit and the estimate builder let you dictate instead of type. This uses your browser's built-in speech-to-text, which sends the audio to your browser vendor's speech service (Apple on Safari, Google on Chrome) to convert it to text. BluKit does not record or store the raw audio. Voice input is not available in the mobile apps, and the microphone is used only when you tap to speak.

6. How we use information

To provide, operate, secure, and maintain the Services; authenticate you and prevent fraud; process subscriptions and payments (via Stripe); send transactional messages (verification, receipts, review requests, and notifications you've enabled); power features you ask for, including Kit, estimates, routing, reviews, and reminders; provide support; understand and improve the Services; and comply with legal obligations.

7. AI features (Kit)

Kit is BluKit's AI assistant, powered by Anthropic's Claude models. When you use Kit or AI-assisted features, the content needed to answer — your question, the relevant business or job data, and any Knowledge Base documents — is sent to Anthropic to generate a response. Under Anthropic's commercial API terms, data submitted through the API is not used to train its models. Please don't put information into Kit that you wouldn't want processed by an AI service.

8. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information and do not share it for advertising. We share it only with service providers ("sub-processors") that help us run the Services under contracts limiting their use of the data:

  • Stripe — payments and subscriptions. Card details are entered directly into Stripe; BluKit never sees or stores full card numbers.
  • Anthropic — the Kit AI assistant and AI estimates
  • Resend — transactional email
  • Twilio — text-message (SMS) delivery, only where a business enables it
  • Mapbox — maps and address autocomplete
  • OpenStreetMap / Nominatim — turning addresses into map coordinates (geocoding). Address lookups on the public booking form go to OpenStreetMap directly from the visitor's browser.
  • CARTO — renders the map tiles on dispatch, crew, and customer tracking maps (receives the viewed map area and the viewer's IP)
  • unpkg — CDN that serves the map software on the live-tracking page
  • Cloudflare Turnstile — bot protection on the public booking form (receives the visitor's IP address)
  • Open-Meteo — local weather forecasts
  • Railway — application hosting, database, and backups
  • Cloudflare — hosting and delivery of the marketing websites we publish for founding members, when that feature is enabled. Serving a page necessarily means Cloudflare processes the visitor’s request, including their IP address, as any web host does.
  • Cloud object storage (e.g. Cloudflare R2 / Amazon S3) — storage of uploaded files and photos, when enabled
  • Sentry — error and crash monitoring and diagnostics, when enabled
  • Apple, Google, Mozilla & Microsoft — mobile app distribution and push-notification delivery via your device or browser's push service (and, on the web, voice transcription by Apple or Google)

When a crew member taps "Get directions," the job address is handed to the navigation app they choose — Apple Maps, Google Maps, or Waze.

We also share data among the members of the same business account (per its roles and settings); when you direct it (for example, routing an approved review to Google or Yelp, or sending an invoice); to comply with law or protect rights and safety; and in connection with a business transfer, subject to this Policy.

Anonymous benchmarking (optional, off by default). Pro and Enterprise businesses can opt in to benchmarking — comparing their performance (such as pricing or close rate) against similar trade businesses. Only aggregated, anonymized statistics are ever used or shown (averages, medians, and ranges across a group), and a comparison appears only when a group has enough opted-in businesses to keep every participant anonymous. This is computed inside BluKit and is not AI model training; your individual customer or job records are never exposed to anyone else. When it's on, Kit may reference these aggregate benchmarks to help you gauge whether your pricing is in line with your market. Benchmarking is off unless you turn it on (Owner → Business), and if you opt out your data stops contributing.

9. Your privacy choices

  • Access, update, or delete your account information in the app or by contacting us. A business can also delete a customer record and strip that customer's personal details from linked jobs while keeping anonymized financial records.
  • Notifications — turn push, email, and SMS on or off in settings.
  • Marketing email opt-out — re-engagement ("win-back") emails a business sends to its customers through BluKit include an unsubscribe link that stops those marketing emails. Necessary transactional emails (invoices, receipts, review requests) still send.
  • Location — crew sharing is opt-in; turn it off anytime.
  • Two-factor & trusted devices — manage or revoke in Settings; revoked automatically on password change or reset.
  • We don't sell your data, don't "share" it for cross-context behavioral advertising, and don't use tracking cookies.

10. Data retention

We keep account and content data while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward to meet legal, tax, accounting, and dispute-resolution obligations, then delete or anonymize it.

Payment records outlive the jobs they came from. Deleting a job removes the job and its photos, line items and checklist; the record that money changed hands — amount, date, refunds, disputes — is retained for the legal, tax, accounting and dispute-resolution purposes described above. If a customer exercises a deletion request, their name is erased from those payment records and the link to their customer profile is removed, leaving the financial record without the person attached.

11. If you're a customer of a business that uses BluKit

If you are visiting a contractor’s website that we host. For founding members we publish a marketing website at a blukit.app address, built from the business details and photographs that business gave us. We host it; the business decides what it says. Those pages are static — they contain no forms and collect nothing from you directly — so simply reading one gives us no information about you beyond the request your browser makes to our host in order to load the page. If you follow a “Book online” link you are taken to a booking page on blukit.app, and what you enter there is covered by the rest of this section: it belongs to the business you are contacting, and we process it on their behalf.

The personal information about you in BluKit (name, contact details, job history) is controlled by the business you hired, not by BluKit — we process it on their behalf. To access, correct, or delete your information, contact that business; we'll support their lawful requests. If you receive re-engagement or marketing emails sent through BluKit, you can unsubscribe anytime using the link in any such email. Business customers who need a Data Processing Addendum (DPA) may request one at privacy@blukit.org.

12. Where we operate

BluKit is offered to businesses in the United States, and we host and process data in the United States. We don't currently target the Services to users outside the US. If we expand internationally, we'll update this Policy to address applicable laws before doing so.

13. Security

We protect information with measures including encryption in transit, tenant isolation enforced at the database layer (row-level security), hashed passwords and session tokens, encryption of sensitive stored credentials, and two-factor authentication. No method is 100% secure, but we continually improve our safeguards.

14. Children's privacy

The Services are for businesses and are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor provided us information, contact us and we'll delete it.

15. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. We'll post the new version here, update the "Last updated" date, and provide additional notice for material changes as required by law.

Terms of Service

Effective July 12, 2026 · Last updated July 17, 2026

BluKit is operated by BluKit LLC, a Louisiana limited liability company ("BluKit," "we," "us"), located at 201 Rue Beauregard, STE 202, Lafayette, LA 70508. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the BluKit field-service management platform, including the web app at blukit.app and the BluKit mobile apps (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, the business entity and the individual accepting these Terms ("you," "Customer") agree to them. If you accept on behalf of a business, you represent that you are authorized to bind it.

Closed beta. During the closed beta, your use of the Service is also governed by the Beta Agreement provided to beta participants, which is incorporated by reference and controls in the event of a conflict for beta participants.

1. The Service

BluKit provides tools for field-service businesses (plumbing, HVAC, electrical, landscaping, and similar trades) to manage jobs, scheduling, dispatch, estimates, invoicing, customer records (CRM), team communication, and — through Stripe — payment collection from the business's own customers. BluKit also provides "Kit," an AI assistant, and AI-assisted estimating.

2. Accounts, roles, and eligibility

2.1 You must provide accurate registration information and keep it current. You are responsible for all activity under your account and for safeguarding credentials.

2.2 Each company has exactly one owner, set at creation and not transferable through the Service. Owners may invite additional users and assign roles (staff, admin).

2.3 You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract. The Service is offered for business use in the United States. You may not use the Service where prohibited by law.

2.4 You are responsible for your users' compliance with these Terms and for the accuracy and lawfulness of all data you or your users enter.

3. Customer data and privacy (controller / processor)

3.1 You are the controller of the personal information about your own customers, leads, and staff that you put into the Service. BluKit is the processor that stores and processes it on your behalf, under our Data Processing Addendum, available on request at privacy@blukit.org and incorporated by reference.

3.2 You represent that you have the necessary rights, notices, and consents to collect that information and to have BluKit process it — including, where applicable, consent to contact your customers by email/SMS and to collect crew location.

3.3 BluKit's handling of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference.

4. Payments processed through the Service (Stripe Connect)

4.1 Payment processing is provided by Stripe and is subject to the Stripe Connected Account Agreement (including the Stripe Services Agreement), which you must accept during onboarding. By enabling payments, you agree to those terms. Stripe — not BluKit — is the processor of record and handles the movement and settlement of funds.

4.2 Card details are entered directly into Stripe. BluKit does not receive, store, or have access to full card numbers.

4.3 You are the merchant for payments you collect from your customers. You are solely responsible for the underlying goods/services, pricing, taxes, refunds, chargebacks, and disputes with your customers. BluKit is not a party to those transactions.

4.4 Closed beta — no BluKit fees. During the closed beta, BluKit charges no subscription fee and takes no platform/application fee on payments you process. Stripe's own processing fees still apply and are charged by Stripe. Any future BluKit fees will be disclosed and require your agreement before they take effect.

4.5 BluKit is not a bank, money transmitter, or payment processor and does not take custody of your funds.

5. AI features (Kit)

5.1 The Service includes AI features powered by Anthropic. AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable — you are responsible for reviewing it before relying on or acting on it. Do not treat AI output as professional (legal, financial, tax, or safety) advice.

5.2 Your data is processed by the AI provider only to deliver these features to you and is not used to train AI models across other accounts. See the Privacy Policy.

6. Acceptable use

Your use of the Service is subject to the Acceptable Use Policy, incorporated by reference. We may suspend or limit access for violations that threaten the Service or other customers.

7. Your content and data

7.1 You retain all rights to the data and content you submit ("Customer Data"). You grant BluKit a limited license to host, process, and display Customer Data solely to provide and support the Service.

7.2 Aggregated / anonymized data. BluKit may create and use aggregated, de-identified statistics that do not identify you, your business, or any individual, to operate and improve the Service (for example, opt-in benchmarking). Benchmarking is off by default.

7.3 Feedback. If you give BluKit feedback or suggestions, you grant BluKit a perpetual, royalty-free license to use it without obligation to you.

8. Intellectual property

The Service, including all software, design, and trademarks (including "BluKit" and "Kit"), is owned by BluKit or its licensors. Except for the rights expressly granted here, no rights are transferred. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, resell, or create derivative works of the Service.

9. Third-party services

The Service integrates third-party services (listed in the Privacy Policy and Data Processing Addendum). Your use of those services may be subject to their own terms. BluKit is not responsible for third-party services.

10. Suspension and termination

10.1 You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time from Owner → Privacy → Close account, which deletes your company's data (subject to the retention described in the Privacy Policy).

10.2 We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, non-payment (once fees apply), legal requirement, or risk to the Service or others. We will give notice where practicable.

10.3 On termination, your right to use the Service ends. Sections that by their nature should survive (e.g. 7.2, 7.3, 8, 11, 12, 13, 15) survive.

11. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. BLUKIT DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE, OR THAT AI OUTPUT WILL BE ACCURATE. During the closed beta the Service is pre-release and additional disclaimers in the Beta Agreement apply.

12. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BLUKIT WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL. BLUKIT'S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID BLUKIT IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR (B) USD 100. Because BluKit charges no fees during the closed beta, (b) governs for beta claims.

13. Indemnification

You will defend, indemnify, and hold BluKit harmless from claims arising out of your Customer Data, your services to your customers, your use of the Service, or your breach of these Terms or applicable law.

14. Changes to the Service or Terms

We may modify the Service or these Terms. For material changes we will provide notice (in-app or by email). Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

15. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. The exclusive venue for disputes is the state or federal courts located in Lafayette Parish, Louisiana.

16. Miscellaneous

These Terms, together with the Beta Agreement (during beta), the Privacy Policy, the Data Processing Addendum, and the Acceptable Use Policy, are the entire agreement between you and BluKit regarding the Service. If any provision is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them to a successor. No waiver is implied by a failure to enforce.

Closed Beta Agreement

Effective July 13, 2026 · Last updated September 2, 2026

This Closed Beta Agreement governs your participation in the BluKit closed beta, operated by BluKit LLC, a Louisiana limited liability company ("BluKit," "we," "us"). It supplements the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Data Processing Addendum, and Acceptable Use Policy. If this Agreement conflicts with the Terms of Service, this Agreement controls for the duration of the beta.

1. Beta access

1.1 We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to access the Service during the closed-beta period for your internal business use and evaluation.

1.2 The beta runs from your onboarding until BluKit ends it or moves the Service to general availability. We may end the beta, or your participation, at any time, for any reason, with or without notice.

2. Pre-release — what to expect

You acknowledge the Service is pre-release, and during the beta it: may contain bugs, errors, and incomplete features, and may change or be removed; may be unavailable, interrupted, or reset without notice; carries no service-level agreement (SLA), uptime guarantee, or support commitment; and may lose, corrupt, or delete data. You are responsible for keeping your own independent records of anything critical to your business — do not rely on the Service as your sole system of record during the beta.

3. No fees during beta

3.1 BluKit charges no subscription fee during the closed beta and takes no platform or application fee on payments you process through Stripe.

3.2 Stripe's own payment-processing fees still apply and are charged by Stripe on payments you collect from your customers.

3.3 No pricing is promised for after the beta. Any future fees will be disclosed and require your agreement before they take effect.

3.4 Founding members; moving to a paid plan. As a closed-beta participant, you are a BluKit founding member. Founding members keep founding-member recognition, have their feedback and feature requests prioritized in BluKit's roadmap, receive priority, founder-level support during the beta and their transition to a paid plan, and may have BluKit publish them a free marketing website during the beta — hosted by BluKit at a blukit.app address and built from the business details, services and photographs you already maintain in BluKit. The website is optional: it exists only if you choose to create and publish one, and you can take it down at any time. These founding-member benefits are exclusive to closed-beta participants. BluKit will give you advance notice before it begins charging for the Service. Continuing to use BluKit after the beta requires you to affirmatively subscribe at the then-current subscription pricing — BluKit will not charge you, or convert your account to a paid plan, automatically or without your express agreement. If you choose not to continue, you may stop using the Service and export your data (see §8) at no charge. If BluKit ever offers to keep a founding member's website online after the beta ends, that will be a separate, optional paid service you affirmatively choose — on the same terms as the sentence above, BluKit will not charge you for it, or keep it online on a paid basis, without your express agreement. Otherwise your website comes down when the beta ends, at no charge.

4. Payments during the beta

4.1 If payment collection is enabled for your account, you process your own customers' payments through Stripe under the Stripe Connected Account Agreement. You are the merchant and are solely responsible for the underlying services, refunds, chargebacks, and disputes.

4.2 BluKit may enable payment collection per company as Stripe onboarding and verification clear, and may keep it disabled for some or all beta participants.

5. Your responsibilities and consents

5.1 You must have all rights and consents needed to enter your customers', leads', and staff's personal information and to have BluKit process it (see the Privacy Policy and DPA).

5.2 If you enable crew location sharing, you must ensure each affected team member has consented and been informed. The Service makes this opt-in per team member and revocable.

5.3 You will use the Service in compliance with the Acceptable Use Policy and applicable law.

6. Feedback

The beta exists so you can give feedback. You grant BluKit a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to use any feedback, bug reports, and suggestions you provide, without restriction or obligation to you. Feedback is provided voluntarily and need not be treated as confidential to you.

7. Confidentiality

The Service, its non-public functionality and performance, and any pre-release information BluKit shares are BluKit's confidential information. You will not disclose them to third parties or publish benchmarks, screenshots, or evaluations of the beta without BluKit's prior written consent. This section survives termination of the beta.

8. Data handling and end of beta

8.1 BluKit handles personal information under the Privacy Policy and DPA.

8.2 At the end of the beta, BluKit will, at your direction, either transition your data into a generally-available account or delete it, subject to the retention described in the Privacy Policy. You may export your data at any time from Owner → Privacy → Export.

9. Disclaimers

THE BETA SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITH ALL FAULTS AND WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WITHOUT LIMITING THE TERMS OF SERVICE, BLUKIT SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIMS ANY WARRANTY THAT THE BETA WILL BE RELIABLE, AVAILABLE, SECURE, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT DATA WILL BE PRESERVED.

10. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BLUKIT WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR PARTICIPATION IN THE BETA, INCLUDING ANY LOSS OF DATA, LOST PROFITS, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION. BECAUSE THE BETA IS PROVIDED FREE OF CHARGE AND YOU PAY BLUKIT NO FEES, BLUKIT'S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE BETA IS LIMITED TO THE FEES YOU HAVE PAID BLUKIT FOR THE BETA (WHICH ARE ZERO).

11. Termination

Either party may end your beta participation at any time. On termination you must stop using the Service; the Feedback, Confidentiality, Disclaimers, and Limitation of Liability sections survive.

12. Governing law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana. It supplements and, for the beta, controls over the Terms of Service. If any provision is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.

Acceptance

By checking "I agree" when you create your beta account (or by using the beta), you accept this Agreement on behalf of your business.

  • Infringe or impersonate — infringe intellectual-property rights, or impersonate any person or business, including by registering a business name that impersonates a well-known brand.
  • Harm the Service — attempt to gain unauthorized access, probe or scan for vulnerabilities without authorization, circumvent tenant isolation or authentication, introduce malware, or interfere with or disrupt the Service or other customers.
  • Overload or abuse — use the Service in a way that imposes an unreasonable load, evade rate limits, or use automated means to scrape or bulk-extract data beyond the provided export tools.
  • Reverse engineer or resell — reverse-engineer, decompile, copy, or resell the Service, or use it to build a competing product.
  • Misuse AI features — use Kit or AI features to generate unlawful, deceptive, or harmful content, or represent AI output as professional advice.
  • Misuse location features — enable crew location tracking without the affected team members' informed consent, or use location data for any purpose other than legitimate dispatch and customer-ETA functions.
  • Handle payments improperly — use the payment features for anything other than collecting payment for your own bona-fide services, or in violation of the Stripe Connected Account Agreement or card-network rules; process prohibited or high-risk transactions.
